Unboxing of the new Shape S8! (Note the dialog is in german). The first thing I noticed was the minimal the design - it is a true 800 class heli though. They have tried to really keep the weight down but make no mistake about it.. it is a BIG machine. From the videos i have seen, it is also quite nimble as well. Using a combination of software and hardware, the RCDroidBox allows real-time monitoring and recording of telemetry data transferred using JETI Duplex or Duplex EX protocol. The required hardware is the actual RCDroidBox Bluetooth adapter. The software is an application that can be run on any Android powered device. The user is thus able to watch and monitor the data while the RC model is in flight. Data can be presented in a chart, text or audio format. Once recorded, the data can easily be stored, modified and shared.
