      At the moment I say Edge. BUT I have not tried halos yet. Only gryphon and Align and Lynx. Edge seem to be winning the race at the moment. Could be because they are a decent blade that has been around for along time as well. Sometimes your style wraps around your equipment....On the 360 size blade, at the moment - Halo without a doubt.

      For the 700 I currently prefer halo blades... I used to run Rail's.. but swapped... heres what I like about them.
      * Actual 700mm size...
      * Wide cord.. wider than Edge... :p
      * Hard to quantify, but they feel like they "bite" the air more aggressively.. its much easier to load up the head with those blades.
      * Blade fart central with them...
      * Best auto'ing blade I have used... to be fair I can only compare to Rail for Auto's.. but they seem to auto better, and everyone says rail auto for days.

      From my inexperienced perspective.

      Cyclone blades are my preference. They are very quiet and that leads me to think that they are very aerodynamic. To me noise is lost power.

      I have not tried every blade that is on the market so it would be impossible to quantify. However, out of the blades i have tried - CY, rails, align, edge, spin and my recent beta testing of Zeals, I think they are all uniquely different not necessarily better.

      @Jeff B you raise an excellent point here. My flying is different to some one elses flying so maybe i prefer a different kind of blade....

      Rails were my go to blade for about 3 years, and I really like the way they fly. Then I tried Zeal. These blades are hands down the best for me, and my flying style. They are plenty aggressive for 3D, yet stable enough for slower big air maneuvers. They also bite a lot harder than any other blade I have tried, which caused a bad tail wag on the first flight with them during some of the high G maneuvers. But lowering the tail gain solved that issue.

      I have always flown Rail blades and love the way they fly.
      Bought some Zeal 700's, and felt a difference in the way the Heli flew. I liked the feel of the blades after some tweaking and was enjoying them.
      I decided to chuck the Rails back on after 30-40 flights and I think I have decided I just like the Rails better. Don't know why, just a feel thing I guess.

      Yes. Hard 3D is what they were designed and intended for, and they really work well for that. There are some F3C blades being developed too though.
