    Battery ID Sensor and GPS modules for the Vbar Control radio!

    Mikado has a couple new modules to pair up to your Vbar Control Radio. One is the Battery ID Sensor it is a great tool for keeping track of your batteries through their life span. The sensor reads which battery you are using and logs information in the Vbar Control Radio so you can keep a track and graph later. This information decreases risk of deep discharge and shows variances between older pack, and newer packs. Its like a battery SS number that the Vbar control Radio logs and stores for each battery that is labeled with an ID tag.

    Mikado also released the new GPS module to also log and store information in the Vbar Control Radio. The benefits of the GPS can help in multiple applications all of which are stored in the Vbar Control. This includes measurements of speed for fast passes, location that gives continuous records of position stored as .kml-track for Google Earth. This helps if you every have a fly away. Voice output of measuring results during flight, and display of measuring results on the main screen.
