Ive ordered off them before they were slow but I did get a beautiful canopy

 

I hope it turns out the same way for me. What I find worrying is that they haven't responded to my e-mail.

 

Keep us informed what happens @Mark Mickels and if they don't pull through we will post them in the vendor sales scammer alert and then you can put a link in your email back to the vendor. That should get some attention.

 

Hi I'm the Maskpro Authorized Dealer , I selling Maskpro canopy on ebay.

I asked the Maskpro manufacturer about your problem. They said that they had sent your items on Nov,3 , Normally the delivery time to US 14- 20 days so you might receive items within Nov 21.

Update information.
NOW you can track the parcel on usps.com. Tracking no. RR101388244TH.

Maskpro manufacturer seem lacking response in english. But their's quality is good and their's design look topnocth.
if you want good CS should order from their's dealer.

 

They're definetly very very good quality canopies

 

The canopies arrived today, and they are of very good quality. I have closed my pp dispute with Maskpro.

 

BTW, the box was damaged, but the packing of the canopies was great and there is no damage to them.
