I saw these being flown at the mini OHB earlier this month. Quads, just don`t do much for me, but I have to admit...this on is pretty cool. The reversing motors was a great idea. It keeps the parts count down, keeps everything simple, and keeps the cost down.

 

Im with you @Geena. Quads IMO dont have responsiveness for 3d. This may be different . However for filming and cameras they are awesome!
