Trex 500 Esp Flybarr To Flybarless

    I'm going flybarless DFC That is.
    My question is will a DFC main shaft fit well on a Align 500 ESP body? Or do I need a universal main shaft to make it work?

      I know that @The Dude has done this change before @MegaShawn , and i do recall there were model specific issues. Perhaps you can expand on this @The Dude

      Im about to build a new esp kit for a mate and will be going flybarless with a RJX head I dont know if the dfc head will fit but I cant see why not

      Thanks guys, I guess I will bite the bullet and get DFC shaft only and try it out frommy local hobby shop. I will let you guy's know how it goes.

      I've done this conversion. The DFC upgrade kit, H50181, from Align comes with a DFC shaft and a couple of shims. You'll probably need 1 or 2 of the shims.

      This is a great upgrade.
