Really very well done Geena. Have you made any other works of art metal art? You seem to be very proficient at what you are doing and I imagine you may have made much more than the helicopter - which i might I might add is really impressive and imaginative.

My helicopter paper weight, is the only art type thing I have made. I have made things like a two piece under swash leveler, an aluminum transport box for 450 and 500 size helicopters ( when I was flying those sizes) and my field box.

WOW... How good is that!.. That is bling bling plus! and solid construction too! so these are all made out of aluminum meaning they are light and look really cool as well. I think you could make sales with these items Geena!. I have never seen a transport box look so cool..

Thanks :) Yes, they are made from .063"aluminum tread plate. I have some photos of the inside of the transport box too. I will see if I can find them and get them posted. It has a divider inside, which runs most of the length of the box...and is fully padded to protect the helicopters (it will hold two 500 size helicopters). On one end, I put a small divider across the end ( also padded) for transporting batteries, transmitters or anything else that needs protecting.
