Thats right Dunkan has left GAUI. A sudden announcement from Gauis facebook page has left everyone in the Rc helicopter industry stunned as the news is slowly filtering through the RC community. Directly quoted from from Gauis facebook page is the extract...

We at GAUI like to Thank Dunkan Bossion for the wonderful two years that he’s been with us at Team Gaui. He’s not just an amazing pilot but a great friend as well. We will sure miss him very much but we do understand he needs and to move on to follow his dreams and goals. We like to give him warm wishes and best of luck for the future. We’ll miss you Dunkan Bossion!

Now the question is: Will he fly for someone else? And if so, who?

I would like to thank @ChopsyWA for providing us with this information... good one @ChopsyWA

You know I get the feeling he might go to SAB. Just a feeling...... I don't know why i think that, but i think he might.

I cant believe this. Dunkan was so much aligned with Gaui. I wonder what happened? Does anyone know?

      They might told him:

Dunkan we cant provide you with parts anymore as your helis are ready for maintenance after two flights...

In my opinion SAB has got enough market coverage with BK and KS, and that having DB would be a bit of a waste.
Though they have the coin to draw him.
I hope he joins a brand that needs him to help promote them, so we as consumers gain a bit more variety and choice of brands that are sustainable (instead of a market just being bombarded with "new" versions of the same goblins...).

Give him a Compass Chronos to flog, maybe JR....
Hopefully he's not on Aligns radar to get them back in the spotlight...

But yeah, he was probably sending Gaui broke with his spare parts requirements... Heli smacking animal!.... :)

Based on what I've heard..... If he did go with SAB, he probably wouldn't need near as many replacement parts. Right @smakmeharder ?

I wonder if because he continued to overspeed his heli in public had anything to do with it. Gaui said they deem it a dangerous practice and wouldn't allow team pilots to do it. ???
I really hope it's not SAB.

Is that true @Captain? I love the overspeeds Duncan does. They sound incredible and really add excitement to the flight. I hope he keeps flying.
