Just gone through the setup using the new sokoh heli tool app.
All yery good. My issue is that the CGY750 only has a percentage pit check setting that is applied to both positive and negative pitch.

I was after 11deg pitch. I get that on positive. Negative however comes up short with 9.8deg.

    How do I correct this?

What would happen if you altered the endpoint in the TX pitch channel ? On some FBL systems you have to get the FBL unit to recognise 100% input from the TX.

Under the swash basic menu are all servos centered at the NTR adjustment? IE the centers have not shifted due to your alignment?

you can also adjust this mechanically.. but I just change the endpoints in the radio...

Thanks guys... I think I will do both a mechanical and CGY reset and start again. If I end up in the same place I'll do a end point adjustment...

So if the ball links to the DFC head are tightened all the way in, then my only mechanical adjustment us the servo arm to swash rods. I assume to decrease positive and increase negative I wind these in a turn or two?

@smakmeharder you raise a good point. I think I did this setup with my old setup already in the unit. Point being I used the soko heli tool app with the .NTR settings from my pre crash config so it probably means my starting position for the soko app was out by my previous .NTR adjustments.

Will try over the weekend with.a zero starting point for each servo and see what happens.

I think you just drop the entire swash down

I was watching a great video for setting up the Align 3GX by Freddie Can Fly and he covered this very point.

The swash plate needs to be raised or lowered by the three links from the servos.

Can't remember which way as mine were already in the perfect place.

Good luck and hope that helps.

Thanks I had already made that conclusion. It was a couple of turns on each link and all was good.
Freddy makes some very informative videos, he is a great contributor to our hobby.
