Well over the last week and a half I have been getting my X3 tuned out with a new motor and the belt conversion on the tail!

I added a small collection of Lynx goodness too!

Here she is in her new quiet yet powerful glory!

So what batteries are you using @William ? Its a hard choice - power - batteries all balanced with fun/expense. But it looks very responsive and handled fast tick tocks with ease. Your flying field looks awesome as well. A really nice place to fly!

      I have a pretty wide selection of packs for the X3, my main batteries are 7 Gens Ace 1200 40Cs, I also have 2 glacier 1200 30C, 4 pulse 1250 45Cs, a thunder power 1300 70C, dinogy 1300 65C, 4 Nano tech 1300 35C. This setup can chew threw 1300 mAH in 2:30 if I push real hard... Not ideal:rolleyes:

Thee Lid suits the blades (Halo`s) and the rest of the heli quite well! I like the way the canopy wraps around the back of the Helicopter as well. How do you find the Halo blades?

I have not tried them yet, those are the RJX 360s Razors, and they are awesome! They look the business, and they fly sweet!

Haven't had a chance to fly it yet. Hopefully this weekend. Ohio weather hasn't been cooperating well lately!

I got a few minutes to do a quick test hover. I like it!
I think I'll be changing to a Xnova 1580kv to get the head speed down some. I'm looking forward too really flying it!

Did you get a chance to pitch pump it? I bet the head loading would be awesome allowing for really quick pogos...

Not really. There's a few trees with low hanging limbs where I test hovered. I'm hoping to get out this weekend to see how she really flies.
