      That they do.

I could spend an hour at the controls of a Pitts Python for 140$

Have you ever been in one @feral? Stunt flying looks to be the ultimate ride. I have only ever been in a souped up cesna and performed some neg G dives , tight turns ....

Scuba diving, spearfishing, underwater hockey. Started to learn to fly full size, but thought RC would be cheaper :)

I enjoyed the full size flying and, in some cases, wished I had made a career of it. I have approx 30 hours on various types from the Piper Cub to Cessna 402 and Beech baron twins.
Underwater hockey consists of two teams with 10 players. it is played in a 1.8m deep pool and the goal is a 3m long trough at each side. 6 players in the water with 4 subs, 2 water refs and a poolside chief ref. The players wear masks, fins, snorkel, glove and use a short shaped stick to flick a 1.3kg puck into the goal. I played in the 1996 world championships where Aus beat SA in the men's final.

Underwater Hockey! You learn something new everyday.

My current favourite sport is snow skiing. I've been snowboarding and skiing off and on for about 30 years now, but I've gone to Japan for a week the last 3 years in a row. There is nothing quite like the feeling of skiing waist deep powder.

Other than skiing, I've had about 25 motorbikes (dirt & road) and love to surf.

In my early years I was a Platform Diver. Diving was pretty much all I did until I was 20.
